Is this AI doing diagnosis?

No. We use AI to reduce information overload, not to undertake any diagnosis or make any suggestions. You guide us with what you are looking for and we help you find it quickly and reliably.

I’m nervous about patient data. Does this require lots of permissions and IT help?

As long as you are treating patients, a Business Associate Agreement is all you need to get started. This gives us permission to find information on your patients under HIPAA.

You can also upload records on our secure portal or fax us. We can work with your PA and have you running within an hour - without a call to IT (unless you want to!).

What about my EMR?

We work with your existing EMR and reduce the time you spend trawling through it. We can send reports to your EMR so documentation is comprehensive and auditable.

I’m nervous about AI. Is it safe and private?

We set up a private and HIPAA compliant instance of AI that is exclusively for your practice. It does not share your patients’ data and only you can access it.
